[0002] MOBILE HYDROJARDINERA
[0003]
[0004] Object of the invention.
[0005] The invention falls within the field of planters with their own irrigation means, of which they use wicks distributed at the bottom of the basin to allow wetting of the drainage and the soil, as well as of the plants located above the drainage layer located in a hole disposed in the top layer of soil above said drainage layer.
[0006] Another object of the invention is the incorporation into said type of planters, of means that allow their mobility and the controlled watering of the plants contained in said hydrojardinera.
[0007]
[0008] State of the art
[0009] More specifically, the invention relates to a group of planters which incorporate automatic watering means, colloquially referred to as hydrojardineras.
[0010] Within the previous sector, hydrojardineras known as such are known, because the watering means incorporated into the gardener prevent the user from periodically watering the plants contained inside said gardener and in other cases the death of the plant due to lack of irrigation.
[0011] In this sector of the planters, it is usual the rot of the watering means incorporated into the gardener, first of all because it lacks control of the water available inside the planter in a simple and effective way, as well as means for the renewal of the air contained in the water tank.
[0012] Another drawback is the design of the body of the hydrojardineras, has its origin in that the vast majority are monoblocks, so the replacement of certain parts subjected to usury for a long time is practically impossible or difficult, forcing the whole of the hydrojardinera.
[0013] Another of the problems presented by the state of the art, is the problem that represents the transfer of the same, consequence of the great weight of the same.
[0014]
[0015] Purpose of the invention
[0016] Solve the problems and problems mentioned above, by Substantial modifications in the structure of the body of the hydrojardineras.
[0017] The same as one of the purposes will be the possibility of easily changing the means of humidification, as well as general cleaning of the interior of the hydrojardinera.
[0018] Another of the purposes of the invention is to know at all times the volume of water available for perpetual watering of the plants contained in the planter in a simple and effective way.
[0019] Another of the purposes of the invention is to provide removable wheels and put this type of planters so that the aesthetics of the set is not affected by the incorporation of said wheels, hiding their existence from the outside.
[0020]
[0021] Description of the invention
[0022] Unlike the known planters that are part of the state of the art, the body of the planter is formed by two main pieces, the body of the planter comprising a bottomless basin, and a removable bottom that incorporates means of removable moisture.
[0023] As secondary but characteristic parts of the invention, it is the provision of aeration means of the water in the reservoir, and of means of controlling the available water.
[0024] The main body of the hydrojardinera is formed by a body of a single piece whose outer part coincides with the furniture of the hydrojardinera, while internally said body is a cubeto open by its bottom of substantially truncated conical configuration, and whose lower end is a little above the desirable water level.
[0025] To close the cuvette, it ends in its lower part with a bent edge, which allows a removable bottom to be coupled without any type of tool as a platform with holes, which fits into the fastening flange of the bucket, said platform or bottom with holes provided therein, allow the longitudinal arrangement of wicks at the top and the location of the same wicks at the bottom forming loops that are submerged in the water contained in the body of the planter.
[0026] The design of the bottom of the planter has cavities specially designed to be able to house the wheels hiding them, without them being visible from the outside, and without said bottom of the hydrojardinera being separated from the floor of the room where the planter is located shaving with his presence.
[0027] According to another of the characteristics of the invention, between the bucket and the body of the planter the upper part thereof has a hole for the location of a rod indicating the level of the water tank, allowing the orifice mentioned when not The rod is in it, it can be used to fill the corresponding tank with water.
[0028] According to another of the characteristics of the invention, the lateral surface of the planter body has one or more aeration openings of the water reservoir, avoiding the loss of its quality and consequently that of the irrigation of the drainage layers and soil and plant roots.
[0029] Other details and features will be revealed in the course of the description given below, in which reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which are shown by way of illustration but not limited to a representation graphic of the invention, which can be implemented in any type of materials suitable for sizes and colors.
[0030]
[0031] Description of the figures.
[0032] The following is a list of the different parts of the invention, which are identified by numbers in the drawings: (10) hydrojardinera, (11) planter body (10), (11a) bucket, (11b) layered flange, ( 12) handle, (13) cavities, (14) bottom, (14a) recessed, (14b) perimeter, (15) aeration openings, (16) hole, (17) wicks, (17a) top of the wick ( 17), (17b) bottom of the wick (17), (18) water tank (19), (19) hole for the passage of the wicks (17), (20) wheels, (21) rod, ( 21a) rod end (21), (22) recessed, (23) body base (11).
[0033] Figure 1 is a cross-sectional elevation of the body (11) of the planter (10), whose interior is forming a whole with said body (11), a bucket (11a) and in the lower part thereof, the layered flange (11b).
[0034] Figure 2 is an exploded perspective partially sectioned of the body (11) of the planter (10), in which the bottom (14) of the bucket (11a) is raised and above the body (11) of the planter (10), with the wicks (17) housed in the holes (16).
[0035]
[0036] Description of an embodiment of the invention.
[0037] In one of the preferred embodiments of the invention, as can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the planter (10) has a body (11) as a truncated or similar surface, in whose inner part and forming a whole with the body (11) is the cubeto (11a), whose lower end is the circular bent edge (11b).
[0038] The volume delimited between the body (11) and the bucket (11a), coincides with the water tank (18) whose water level is controlled by a handle rod (21) (20) with entrance hole (16) in the upper part of said body (11), and whose lower end (21 a), that of the rod (21) wets the free surface of the water contained in the tank (18).
[0039] As can be seen in figure 2, the bottom (14) of the bucket (11a) has been designed to be removable, that is, its perimeter (14b) is coincident with the perimeter of the flange (11b) of the bucket (11a) ) and ensures the separation between the land plus the plant and the water contained in the tank (18).
[0040] Existing to facilitate the fit of the bottom (14) on the flange (11b), a preferred position of the bottom fit (14), thanks to having provided in said perimeter (14b) of a recess (14a), which coincides with a shoulder ( 11c), provided on said flange (11b) and thus ensuring that the bottom (14) is correctly positioned on the angled flange (11b).
[0041] To remove the bottom (14), it is pushed down (14), and the very concavity of the surface of the cuvette (11a) allows the progressive sliding down (14) to said elbow flange (11b), fitting the recess ( 14a), with the projection (11c), the bottom (14) being perfectly placed in the body (11) of the hydrojardinera (10).
[0042] The bottom (14) has a hole assembly (19) to hold the wicks (17), so that there is an upper part of the wicks (17a) above the bottom (14) and a lower part of the wicks (17b ) in the form of loops in permanent contact with the water in the tank (18), as can be seen in figure 1.
[0043] This simple arrangement of the body (11) and bottom (14) forming part of the hydrojardinera (10), allows when changing plant type for convenience or for having died, remove the soil layer and the drainage layer , remove the bottom (14) replace the wicks (17) in the event that they are damaged by moisture, and proceed to place some of them again, removing the bottom (14) again until the bent edge (11b) of the body (11) . Re-introducing a drainage layer over the wicks (17) and a layer of soil on the mentioned drainage layer, manually leaving a hole for each plant that you want to plant in the hydrojardinera (10).
[0044] Another of the characteristics of the invention is that it allows solving the transfer of the hydrojardineras, but without breaking their aesthetics and their decorative function, for which the lower base (23) of the body (11) is separated a few mm of the ground, all of which is achieved thanks to recesses (22) provided in said base (23) that delimit some cavities (13), whose height allows hiding inside (13) the wheels (20), necessary for bear the weight of the hydrojardinera in a working situation and be able to move it (10), without the need to lift the body (11) with the drainage load, soil and water, all without altering as previously explained aesthetics of the hydrojardinera (10) since the height of said cavities (13) and recesses (22), allows to hide the wheels (20) without denouncing their presence.
[0045] Another feature of the invention is the provision of means to know at all times the level of water inside the tank (18), which comprises a hole (16) in which a rod (21) of handle (12), whose end (21a) is submerged in the water, whereby the user just by raising the rod knows if he should replace the water.
[0046] Another feature of the invention is to prevent the quality of water, which in conventional hydrojardineras ends up deteriorating due to the lack of adequate aeration of the water contained in the corresponding tank, which is solved with aeration holes (15) provided in the body (11) of the hydrojardinera (10), located (15) in the upper part of said body (11).
[0047] Described sufficiently the present invention in correspondence with the attached figures, it is easy to understand that any modifications of detail that are deemed convenient, with the necessary measures in each case depending on the requested solicitations, and materials that allow for said solicitations, as long as the essence of the invention that is summarized in the following claims is not altered.
